Ecotourism in Hawaii

Once upon a time I wrote about Romania versus Hawaii and I encouraged you to visit my country and have some fun. Now I have to tell you, I’d rather go for hawaii vacations. Because I am extremely tired. Too much work, too much blogging, too many random thoughts. I just need a break.

Since I first discovered it online, this site keeps coming back to my thoughts. It’s not just the design (actually the design is a bit too cluttered for my taste). But when I see those stunning lodges and the sceneries I cannot stop dreaming. It’s just what my soul longs for: the magic blue sea, the enchanted sunsets and the whisper of the palm trees when the wind caresses their leaves.

I see a clear trend all over the world, and that’s ecotourism. This is no longer just a Tuscan tradition. The ecological awareness is spreading and people choose such exotic locations not necessary for the luxury (no matter how you look at it, Hawaii is a luxury destination) but for the real touch of nature.

You should really take a look at the reviews on this page to get a feel of what a Hawaiian holiday condo might feel like.

I have no doubt that, as a tourist, I’ll feel more than pampered in a Hawaiian hotel, because, after all, Hawaii bases a large part of its economy on tourism and they surely know their business.

But to be honest, I’d like to visit Hawaii to see whether the Hawaiians are really as we see them on the screens or not.

Now back to the site. This is a clear example of successful online tourist agency.

Hawaiianbeachrentals.com spares no resources to make its business known all over the world. Their online marketing strategy is one of the most inspired I’ve ever seen. Somehow I’d like to know who’s their PR consultant. There’s a lot to learn, professionally, from this company. This site gets from me not only a positive review, but a few bookmarks too.
